Today I thought I’d post up my photos from Sainte-Chapelle. It’s my final Paris post from my European holiday and I just wanted to share the beauty of the stained glass and French gothic architecture. I can see why this chapel is a must-see attraction for those interested in architecture, as the details are incredibly impressive.
We didn’t pre-order our tickets, but the line wasn’t enormous and the ticket office moved relatively quickly. While we were visiting, some of the stained glass was under construction. This didn’t bother us though, as they provided information on the restoration process which was quite interesting. Overall, it was a great experience!
I’ve got to hurry up and get the rest of my photos online before December, because for those of you that don’t know I’m travelling to Japan for a family holiday. I’m extremely excited and can’t wait to travel with my family again. Such good times ahead!
That’s it for now. Au revoir and I’ll see you next time in Italy!
